So I'm usually pretty reserved on dropping a 5***** review on any restaurant, but my most recent visit to the Food Market was absolutely stellar and they deserve the praise. A definite must.
We had brunch at The Food Market for the second time and enjoyed it very much both times! We had a great waiter and great food and we have no complaints.
Crab cake, lobster Mac and cheese and asparagus!! Awesome!
The food and service was awesome!!! Funny thing is they have a thing called community seating. I didn't mind that but the whole restaurant is so tight with limited space you might as well say everything is community seating. Your still elbo to elbo if you have your own private table for two. Still an awesome place and I would go again!!!
The atmosphere was very nice and quant. The food was really tasty but the portions were not big at all. If I am paying $30 for a meal I should leave reasonably full and we were not at all. We ate the bread because we were still not full. We had a Bloody Mary was also good but pricey!

The busser was great too and always there to make sure our water was filled. The food was delicious! Everything came out on time and cooked perfectly. I loved the brussel sprouts salad. My scallop entree was flavorful and melted in your mouth good. The blondie dessert and strawberry ice cream cake were the perfect ending! I didn't hear one negative remark f... read more
Business response:
Thank you!!
The dinner (Oh Deer!) was excellent as well as the atmosphere. The service was good although the waiter was a little to overt with his personality and it felt like we were getting hustled. When he misunderstood something that I called him out on he had an attitude the rest of the evening.
The pretzel beer cheese was sick ... so was the buffalo pickles! Delish!!! Definitely a place to go back to for seconds! Ps. Opened at 5...sat at the bar (no reservations) and by 515 the whole spot was packed!
Amazing, as usual. Love this place. Don't leave without getting the1/2 cooked blondie. It'll change your life.
