Seb has really helped me on my journey to getting lean,we've been training throughout lockdown andits been really beneficial and I'm eating differently which has made a huge difference.long may it continue.
I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Sebastian. Since lockdown I struggled to get back to working out. Sebastian pushed me in every session to try my hardest which I really needed! We also had discussions about food which was really useful and since I have started meal prepping - something I was never able to do! Overall I would recommend Sebastian! :)
