What can I say about The Fold… Unfortunately since starting our tenancy two years ago, we have had our fair share of grievances as I’m sure everyone else has. I have lived here since the building first opened, and I have to say this is the WORST management team ever. They show no sympathy, lack the ability to solve problems, and instead of providing solutions, they simply shut everything down. We pay high rent and get the least service in return. When the building first opened, everything was new and the facilities were decent. But after the first year, everything started going downhill. There has been constant hot water outages, frequent elevator breakdowns, broken security doors... read more

High hopes but sadly the administration and maintenance of the building is appalling. Should be much better but regular hot water, lift and other amenity breakdowns mean I cannot recommend it

All the bad reviews are true and I wish I checked them before moving in. The building is in a terrible state; flooding, leaks, damp, broken doors, inaccessible common areas, faulty fob access, faulty lifts, faulty water system. Communication from management is often poor, and compensation isn’t offered despite the very poor living conditions and amenities. If you’re considering moving here, don’t.
