*UPDATE* We lived here around 18 months in the end. Nothing works in this bulding. Hot water constantly off and compensation never comes through reliably. Lifts always on and off, leaks, mould, damage, the whole lot. The flats are very very warm all year round, on a hot day it will stay around 29 degrees inside in the coolest part of the day. For a year and a half, the water pressure in my flat was consistently poor, as shown in the attached photos. At times, it was so bad I was unable to wash or shower—completely unacceptable for a place marketed as modern living. I raised this issue with management multiple times and requested compensation for the lack of such a basic necessity, but nothing was done.
