Poor communication, poor customer service and poor quality product.. Ordered beginning of January, was informed of a 2 week delivery wait. We surprised when they delivered within a week, until it arrived without the head board. After calling Sleep solutions and being promised call backs, delivery dates within a week, nothing arrived until 6 weeks later after 6 calls and no call backs.
