Excellent customer care. I called late afternoon for delivery that evening. It was a sympathy bouquet white and yellow. My friend sent a photo when she received it and it was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality and a reliable service. Thank you. 😊

Telephoned and spoke to the lovely lady owner on a Saturday morning to order flowers for a dear friend who recently lost her mum. Gave my budget requirements and asked for same day delivery. All done, within my budget and within approximately 2 hours. Amazing service and the icing on the cake was that my friend absolutely love the flowers!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need!
