A level of customer service that goes above and beyond. I was sending flowers from England to Wales for my mum and after trying the website middle men who seemed to want my life information I chose to go directly to the shop nearest to her. I’m so glad I did. A lovely experience from a lovely lady who had no problem adjusting my delivery date at the last minute. This is what customer service used to be like. Thank you.
Phoned Mary. Ordered a bouquet to be delivered the next day. The flowers were so vibrant and beautiful, loved the fact that they were hand picked from her garden. Paid via bank transfer with no problems at all. Highly recommend
