Fantastic job by great guys. Easy to organise...arrived early and completed the new flooring in super quick time with no mess and great finish. Will definitely use again!
Fabulous team to deal with, introduction by our neighbour a Nick who works there, Craig was very speedy at quoting our chosen carpet and getting us booked in and Liam did an amazing job at laying some tricky stairs and large landing area with a herringbone effect pattern. Can't praise the whole team enough and am already recommending them to others! Polite, clean, tidy. All rubbish removed after fitting and a vacuumed! Was not expecting that!
I chose Floorsmith to lay a luxury vinyl floor across my kitchen/diner/utility room with the expectation of a neat and tidy professional job. This was not my experience. Three areas of concern and complaint. 1.Poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. 2.Damage to fixtures and fittings. 3.Lack of communication with the customer when problems were encountered. From the initial enquiry right through to completion the service we received was first class. Sam and the Team are extremely professional and friendly and really did focus on listening to our needs and requirements. Really helpful and understanding of what we needed with samples and options whilst sharing honest opinion on what was good, better or best.
