Been holding off writing anything bad until now but I have to lay the facts. The team fitted vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs, can’t complain with the carpet or the fitting, the vinyl is less than 18 months old and already worn a lot, as time has gone on there are more signs the floor was not prepared properly with the odd lump and even bits coming through, it was sold to us as hard wearing but within the next 6 months we are going to have to replace. Dismissive attitude when he came out to inspect.
Fantastic service from Andy and his team today . Came at short notice , really good value for money . No job too small . Highly recommend.
