I was kindly greeted by the two young ladies Masuma and Nathalie as soon as I entered. Masuma was helpful with my budget and listened to me. Created me a quote and talked me through the costs - did not end up purchasing but will be back at some point!

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER FROM BEGINNING TO END……USELESS. RUBBISH. CATASTROPHIC. USELESS. A MESS. ITS BEEN THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! JUST APPALLING!!!!!! Not the fitters problem but the useless incompetent people doing the least ring and initial quote and all that rubbish. Disaster after disaster. Wrong size boards so they cant do what we asked and approved in the design. They knew we ahd underfloor heating and ordered special wood to go down first…..BUT IT CANT BE NAILED IN because of the heating, which they knew about. S... read more
