We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

You pay a lot of money for a cheap apartment. There's no visitor parking, and there are never enough parking passes, so you're friends and family get towed. I've lived in a handful of apartments and I would never recommend this one to anyone.
Over priced and terrible management. Every time I have a problem or a question they people in leasing would make me feel stupid for asking a question when they were obviously not being clear. Internet service is terrible, can't stay connected for more than 5 seconds, you do not receive an overage bill untill 2 months past the month it was due. Sometimes they aren't clear on what they are charging you. I can't even keep my A/C on at 78 degrees without going over my bill. I'll have my A/C off for a week and I will still receiv... read more

Hello guys , I'm looking for floor plan (sharing room) ASAP this my number # (813)3829116.
At begining of semester things get crazy but as time passes it becomes a very comfortable place to be at. Management works hard to be of service to residents and resolves issues promptly from what I have experienced. Go for reserved parking saves time and headaches.
