We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

Nicest apartments near USF. Neighbors have always been quiet and there is always some type of free food event going on.
Where do I begin, after reading the reviews I could not agree more with the consensus regarding the poor attitudes of the staff, they are condescending and rude to say the least. Secondly, the overages are ridiculous, parking is treacherous, and a staff member committed fraud and stole over 1,000 dollars from my account through illegally opening my mail with my rent check enclosed. Horribly overpriced. They'll find every way to suck money out of you that they can. Subleasing costs $800, they won't let you pay with a card in person and will charge you a $30 just to add a card to pay your rent!!! Do yourself a favor and find another complex, unless you have money to waste!
