We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

Im currently looking for someone (preferably female) to take over the rest of my lease, Feb-Aug at Flats 4200. Its a furnished room in a 4x4 on the fifth floor of building B. My three other housemates are pretty cool. It is very quiet and a beautiful place with a swimming pool and fitness centre.
