We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

Management and maintenance are on point. Both are attentive and professional and on the same page in terms of organization and leasing details. Rent is kinda high, but you get what you pay for. All inclusive, fully furnished, and the rooms are practically brand new, located right across from USF, and maintenance shows up on time and fixes the few issues you might run into in under a half hour (at least in my experience).
