We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

They matched me and my two friends up really well with our 4th roommate and they always take care of work orders in just a few hours! At the latest theyve finished them by the next day and theyre always pretty polite about it too. Packages are pretty easy to get as well!
Best furnished student complex near campus. Rooms are spacious and clean- no problems with bugs. My only issue is the lack of central lighting in the bedrooms and the living rooms. Had to get some lamps. Staff is all very nice and friendly, and the events they do are really cool! :)

Considering it is "brand new" all of the furniture and appliances they give you are extremely cheap. Not to mention how uncomfortable the couches and beds are. Not entirely sure where the $655 is going to. The Flats is also terrible in relation to visitor parking. They only hand out 15 visitor passes a day and even if there are 30 open parking spots they deny parking. The management is also horrible. They are terrible at handling money and they illegally handle residents mail. I would not spend another dime at the Flats.
