About this business
We are an exclusive student housing community. Our location, adjacent to campus, can not get you closer to the front entrance of USF. We have a different approach to apartment living, we offer a product that combines; a full furniture package, internet, cable (HBO included), water/sewer, trash and an electric cap per bed is included. All units have washer and dryers, community WIFI and all leases are signed individually.

Love it here
A little overpriced but an okay place to live. Especially if don't have furniture.
Updated review Aug. 2014: save yourself the disappointment and rent elsewhere. Initially my excitement was high and a year later I am leaving with regret for signing. Do not take anything an office staff member tells you literally b/c unfortunately they don't know the correct answer and just tell you what you want to hear to make you sign or their opinion, which ends up costing you in the end because you believed them. I feel naive for being so optimistic at the beginning. But at least there is free food, right?!
The best place to live around the USF area hand down! Love this place!
