Tamara and her team were patient and very helpful, answering all my questions and steering us through this process with professionalism.
I'm honestly disgusted with this company. I climbed through hoops with credit companies to reconcile incorrect reportings regarding a past mortgage. Then was denied anyway for a loan. Now, I've called a few different people beyond my "loan officer" to try to obtain our appraisal fee back. Still have no luck getting it back. We're just out $550.

Knew just when to push and just went to stay back and wait for us to come forward at various parts in the process. Great social skills. Explain the process in ways that simplified things for us. Made himself very available to communicate with. The best customer service experience I've had with anybody in recent years.

I couldn't possibly be more pleased with my refinancing experience.
