Working with Mr. *********** made the refinance process effortless and very professional. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful during the transaction. Any questions or concerns we had, he was able to resolve immediately or got back in touch with us within 24 hours. Thank you very much Paul !! If anything could make the process better is if Federal Savings offered a "float down" option for refinance rates.

Nick does what he says. Got me an even lower rate than expected! Treated us with utmost respect, kept us in the loop, and gained our trust easily by consistently doing what he said he'd do. The streamline was easy, smooth and we always knew what was happening. TFSB is definitely pro vet, and I am so grateful for Nick on my side. 2.75% rate! So so grateful!
