Federal Savings Bank was the epitome of "bait and switch" with regards to our application to refinance our mortgage. The entire process took over two and a half months with the final closing costs ending ten times more than what was promised. Communication was non-existent when we frequently inquired about the status of our loan. They use auto dialer services (3rd party) to cold call. I am tired of these unsolicited calls! Each time I receive one I will leave a complaint and hope others do as well. The original cold call message transferred me to a live agent with American Resource Center, who then prequalified me and transferred me to The Federal Savings Bank, where I was flipped to Brandon *****. David Matthews was awesome to work with doing our first refinancing of our home! He is very understanding, concerned and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his answering all of our questions quickly and with explanations that was easy to understand. Refinanced two mortgages into one. The process went smoothly and timely, closed on exact date. I would recommend them for refinancing in the future. I worked with a rep named A. Raineri whom answered all my questions and cordinated our closing process and answered all my questions and concerns.
