I would not recommend this firm. It has taken literally several months to purchase a new toilet, and throughout I have found the firm seemingly uninterested and their admin inefficient. I have received no communication about progress unless I went into the showroom. They could only recommend one plumber to install the wc, and he was not available for several weeks.
