I just bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee from here took it for the 1st Oil Change and less than 450 mile later, I was left stranded with my Jeep smoking and leaking oil. According to the service tech the oil filter O ring was defective. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 the service tech was rude and dismissive👎🏻👎🏻

Kat and Kerri are great to work with. This was my first experience with a car dealership that was positive. From start to finish, I didn't feel pressured or swayed to go in any direction, but the way I wanted to go. I am so happy that I now have a new to me Jeep. Financing was the best experience I've had at any dealership. Everything was explained to me, and I just can't recommend them enough.

We took our 2015 Chrysler Town & Country in for what we suspected was a failing wheel bearing and asked about a fuse that keeps blowing. It controls the horn, cab lights, and steering wheel radio controls. We dropped the van off in the morning for the alloted appointment. The van didn't get finished until the next day which was not expected. We were told we could pick it up that night since I needed it for work. I went in not knowing what/how/why I want to trade in my car. That’s not true I did. Craig in sales is exceptional. I haven’t had to purchase a car in over 15 years. He walked me through it every step of the way. Arin in finance is also exceptional. I purchased the car Friday. Saturday I started to panic. I made an appointment with him and he spent over an hour.
