Did not disclose a cosmetic defect that they were fully aware of and failed to share prior to the purchase. Would not take any responsibility and left me to repair the issue costing me a $1062. Very arrogant sales manager, could care less to listen and work on finding a solution. I felt deceived and cheated.

The staff was professional and helpful. There was good communication regarding progress on the service. Went a bit over the projected time for completion but that happens sometimes
