Brandon W., I apologize this review is so late. However, you're an amazing Sales Consultant! I had zero expectation that I would drive off with my dream car. There were so many personal limiting factors going on in my life during this time. Plus I thought my credit score would prevent me from being financed. Went in for the dreaded 4XE battery recall and the team was honest, thorough and quickly performed the recall. A loaner would have been nice while the update was performed.
They were fast and even found a nail in my tire that they fixed at no charge! Staff kept me informed and was very friendly!
I was very impressed with all the staff over here at Faricy Boys. I am a new customer and I plan to stay here for all my service on my new Jeep. They did everything they said they'd do in the time they said they'd do it in, so THANK YOU to everybody, especially Lauren out front who kept me up-to-date on all the service tasks.. and the service guys who dropped what they were doing to answer any question I had about my warranty benefits and the Jeep/CarPlay interface and anything else I could think of while I was waiting!!
Very pleased with Faricy Boys. They are always able to get me in promptly and fix whatever problems I have with my vehicle!
