Very disappointing experience with Faricy Chrysler Jeep, Colorado Springs. The dealership gave me a trade-in value and a deal one day, and I made the decision to go to the dealership based on those numbers. Just one day later, when I showed up, they had completely changed the trade-in value. That completely changed the deal I had been discussing with them. Wow!!! I can’t say enough good about Faricy!! The whole car buying process can be so long and stressful but not at Faricy!!! Our certified sales consultant was Christina Hoffman and the kindest and sweetest young woman!!! She made us feel so important, she actually felt like family and was very upfront with us and didn’t hide anything!!! Adam Rieskamp did our lease and he was another sweet kind and fun associate, again like family. McCall Matthews was our online consultant and she was a wonderful as can be too!!! I bought my car from the Faricy boys and I’m very pleased with everything. Mccall, Christina, and Adam were phenomenal! They made everything super easy and I am happy with the dealership I chose.
