Poor communication
I bought a used car long distance for delivery for the first time. They were responsive to my calls, texts, and e-mails. They offered to send pics or videos of any part of the vehicle that was not clear from the online photos and worked seamlessly with the inspection service and transport company. The car arrived exactly as it was described and was immaculate. Very satisfied.
