They could be honest with their service! took my jeep in thinking that I would get an honest diagnosis. NOPE! They wanted me to replace my engine for $9K. Service tech says, "You put a couple thousand into your vehicle and you will drive it for miles." Not sure where he learned math. a Couple is 2 not 9! SO disappointed! Thought I could trust a dealership! I opted for a second opinion. Wasn't at all what Faricy described! $700 and I am back on the road! Sorry Faricy, NEVER again!

Trying to get my father in law in to a new Jeep. Completed a deal and agreed to the terms online and over the phone and the only thing that had to be done is he had to come in and sign the paperwork. He's 80 years old and lives 4 hours away. He made the drive up and walked in the door to find the deal was changed. All of a sudden, our trade is worth less than another dealer had quoted us and there's apparently no wiggle room with it. They didn't even try to fix this. I've ALWAYS had good experiences whenever I've had my Jeep in for service, whether that was a simple oil change/tire rotation, or something more advanced. Their customer service is second to none!
