Faricy Boys, specifically Kerri, took excellent care of me and my family. Dealing with Faricy Boys on New Car Road in Colorado Springs has been the worst car experience in my life. I purchased a new 2015 Renegade in 2015 and immediately had transmission issues. The car would shut off in the middle of the highway and would violently jerk whenever driving around town when the vehicle tried to changed gears. I had to have the vehicle towed to the shop several times at my cost and each time they provided a different reason and charges and still didn’t solve the problem! Went to get an estimate on an issue i knew the car needed just to go pick up my car to find out they checked it and told me exactly what i already knew and charge me $160 for it and when i asked them how much will it be they said nothing .Worst communication ever

Went in to test drive a vehicle. Andrew McEwing and the gentleman at the business office, Arin, were super nice and helpful. It was faster and the most pleasant experience buying a car that I've had in 20 years. A couple of hours later, we had the car purchased.

If your the market for a Jeep or Dodge, go here. No other place can provide such a positive experience. Only a couple to pick from but choose Faricy Boys. I’ve dealt with the competition at work and promised myself I would never work with them. People need to treat people better because you never know who your next sale can be. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles in the last 4 months and if I need another Jeep I know where to go. Heed this advise, seriously.

It's been a long time since the last time I bought a car from a dealership (Maybe since 2003-ish). One of my cars had been totaled by the recent hail storm that hit Shriever a few weeks ago, and decided it was time to buy a new car with good height/road clearance, and AWD/4WD capabilities for the winters.
