Verified Renter Very clean area and more safety neighborhood. Fitness center is my favorite and I keep going there daily and office assistant very friendly keep up communication with me thru email or text. I really love this place my home been here for 4 years

Verified Renter We love it here. The staff is always nice and anytime there is a maintenance issue they are right on it very fast. They also have a cute club house with a pool table which me and my husband love, on rainy days it gives us something to do!

Verified Renter My experience living here has been more than I expected. Jessica and the office staff have been very helpful in answering all my questions since moving in. It also goes without saying that the maintenance crew do a fantastic job when needed. If something is wrong, there is usually a response within two days. Love it!

Verified Renter Wish the front gates were closed more often for security purposes but overall living here does make me feel safer than my last place. I wish the amenities (specifically pool too) was a bit better/bigger- online they looked a lot nicer than it turned out; but they’re still nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys usually are pretty quick and actually fix the problem the first time they come out!

Verified Renter Wish they would account for time living at complex when determining rent renewal. Maintenance requests could be addressed a little sooner. Would be nice to get the upgrades other apartments in complex are getting as well current.
