Verified Renter Great place to live . Seems very safe , no criminal issues at all, peaceful and quiet. Walls are not thin as most apartment communities. Plenty of parking, great office staff and an awesome pool!

Verified Renter Love the area. The apartments are spacious! They need updating inside. The appliances are older. Countertops need updating! Floors are very nice! Office staff is great and very responsive! Noisy neighbors if you’re on the bottom floor. That’s the downside!

Verified Renter My apartment has an amazing view of the golf course with some amazing sunsets. Property is well taken care of and any concerns are quickly addressed.
Verified Renter Apartments are great but the process to get approved is ridiculous. The communication to the leasing agent isn’t consistent and they constantly jack up the prices or add more fees. Also, there is hardly any “free” parking leaving them another opportunity to charge you for assigned parking.
Verified Renter Just moved in and loving it so far! The apartment was clean and everything was in working order. The gift bag left on the counter was a nice touch and appreciated. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet, and the complex itself is fairly quiet.
