Verified Renter We're loving it so far! the location is great, its the goldilock zone really. We also really appreciate the daily trash service, the pool, small gym and layout of the apartment. Been living here for a month now and so far its been great for us, definitely a good choice for our home as newlyweds.

Only reason it’s getting a four is this year the pool seems like it’s not getting the attention it needs and always looks so cloudy and the gym needs some work equipment is old and some of the equipment is broken.

Pros: valet trash, beautiful pool and grounds, attached garages for some units, floor plans that don't feel like apartments, great insulation - I rarely hear neighbors. Cons: maintenance is a little slower than other places I've lived.
