Verified Renter I’ve lived at the Fairways at Star Ranch since 2018. I honestly can’t even imagine living anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful.
Terrible place to live The staff are very unhelpful. Along with the maintenance having to come every month for something wrong that needs to be fixed. Water at apartment is terrible as well and no one wants to fix these problems.
***FUTURE RENTER BEWARE DON'T MOVE HERE*** Do think twice before starting a lease here. I would say save yourself the headache and don't move there. The place has pests and is dirty all the time. They don't clean the pool as often as they should, and you don't want your kids swimming there and getting an infection. Birds poop everywhere and they never clean the stairs or hallways it is disgusting. POOR MANAGEMENT and poor quality of materials used for these apartments. They charge you random amounts of money years after you move out. Do not, I repeat DO NOT live here. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to. My now husband lived here from 2013-2014 and was miserable the entire time. The management was terrible, maintenance was even worse, and the apartments weren't anything special for the high rate. He was so happy when he moved out, everything in the apartment was in good shape and he even hired a cleaning team to make sure the whole place was clean as a whistle and it worked ... read more
Paradise No more cutting my own grasss? A pool so clean and refreshing you would think you were in the tropical islands of Jamaica swimming! All I have to do is pull up to my own front door amd the rest is take care for...now that is paradise.
