Thank you to all the lovely staff who looked after my sister for 2 months after her having a major operation and a stoma fitted. They treated her with care, kindness and encouraged her to help herself. They always made family feell welcome. I would especially like to thank Jo, Caroline and Pauline.
The staff at Fairways are amazing. Sadly my aunt passed away this morning but we couldn't have wished for better care. They looked after her as if she was their family and they looked after us as well. We could never have got through this week without them. Thankyou so much
All seem ok on the first day my mum went in there then the staff started to be rood to her and nasty i spoke to the office who confirmed what was said to my mum and when i spoke to the manager of the home he didnt seem that bothered about it
