I had needed an eye test for so long but I kept on leaving it & putting it off until I pretty much had to make an appointment. So I phoned up the eyeworks initially asking if it was the other opticians in that Upton area by mistake & I think that I was going to be given their number when I made it clear what had happened & it was them I wanted to make an appointment with, Appointment day comes & the counter/store staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, the optician was precise with explanations & talk of what was happeni... read more

I booked an appointment last week. I got there and Joe the receptionist was so warm and welcoming on the day. and then I seen Emma who was so helpful and polite, very professional at her job. I had a very nice experience there and I would highly recommend the eye works to anyone. It was the most warm and welcoming place. I have been to in a very along time thanks Emma and Joe x

Always recommend Upton Eyeworks. Everything is explained & time is taken to answer questions of concern, especially by Mr McGowan. No hidden costs, no unwarranted examinations. Great service & friendly,helpful staff.
