These guys absolutely saved me, after over an hour of trawling around trying to find someone to fix my glasses I stumbled across the eye company. They very kindly not only fixed my glasses in less than 10 minutes, but fixed them free of charge! Thank you so much!
Excellent Customer care and service, I highly recommend this shop. My bent arms on my rimless sunglasses was fixed by a young lady in literally 5 minutes. She refused payment and said it’s fine and smiled. Great staff and service 5*
I don’t say this lightly: this is genuinely some of the best service both in quality and customer care I’ve ever experienced in London. I didn't catch his name, but a silver-haired gentleman with a beard inspected a pair of glasses I brought in for a deep clean. They were in a right state, very old, with the acetate heavily damaged by sweat, so I honestly had very little hope.
