Very disappointing service. I was seeking help with leather framed glasses that are constantly smeared. The woman at the counter was arrogant and dismissive, suggesting they were scratched lenses. How you confuse a smear with a scratch is beyond me, unless you don’t want to help the client. To be avoided
Excellent, professional service. Went in to get my Mykita glasses repaired (which are notoriously tricky to fix, due to their custom hinges). They handled it without issue. In fact, I think they even improved their fit (as they used to slightly slide down my nose before they broke, and now they don't anymore). Will definitely come back in the future.
