I called in this morning I had a problem with my glasses .I was dealt with immediately by happy smiling staff .They fixed the problem and sent me on my way inside 10 minutes. Great service very professional .When I need anything regarding my eyes and glasses this is the place I will return to. Do yourselves a favour don't bother with the big names and try this independent in Brentford high street, first class
Cannot recommend enough! Every single person at The Eye Boutique is just wonderful and goes above and beyond to help you. Very thorough eye exam from Mohammed and so much friendly and efficient help from the whole team who really know their stuff and their products! Already feeling significantly less eye strain after following their recommendations for glasses lenses and contact lenses given how much time I work on screens. Thank you all so much!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with The Eye Boutique! Mohamed was extremely attentive, professional and thorough with my full eye exam. Not to mention how amazing the customer service was from Elizabeth and Lizzy, from initial phone call up until appointment. I definitely will be back, thank you!
Visited the store as my frame broke and needed a quick repair. Elizabeth and Dinesh did an amazing job to assist and repair my frame. Highly recommend and surely I will be using this shop for my future eye test and prescription glasses
I broke my glasses very early in a long holiday from Australia. I went to visit Elizabeth at this store and within a few minutes they were repaired without charge. Outstanding service and can’t recommend more highly.
