I had an initially positive opinion of these estate agents, until Danny Luo tried to make false claims against my deposit upon finishing my tenancy. 3 were quickly dismissed, but he insisted I pay for a new key fob, after never being told about this previously. DPS (Deposit Protection Service) rightly found in my favour, and I received my full deposit in the end, nonetheless I cannot in good faith recommend these estate agents to anyone, and they will make unreasonable and false claims on tenants' deposits.
