Cleanliness that you have tried to manipulate the conversation over on repose to our previous review that is not the concern we have raised. Cleanness does not make a property suitable to live in, and simply adding cushions or wall decorations does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. Very disappointing experience with this company. The apartment had multiple issues on move-in, and no proper checks were done. Repairs were delayed for months, and we were told they wouldn’t fix things until rent was paid. Promises made about fixing the blinds were later denied. Overall, the poor communication, delays, and constant back-and-forth have felt like harassment. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company.
Our experience with the apartment provided by the company was unfortunately very disappointing. I would advise others to consider alternative options, as there have been concerns regarding the treatment of tenants. The company does not conduct thorough pre-occupancy inspections, which often results in tenants having to spend considerable time requesting repairs.
