The Practice Manager at Essex Way Surgery continues to disregard serious complaints regarding substandard patient care. My 78-year-old father got up one morning, a month ago, urinating blood. We called Essex Way Surgery to get him antibiotics because we believed it was another bad UTI. I asked for antibiotics but was refused until my dad provided a urine sample. I went down to the surgery, and there was no one in there. I asked for the sample bottle and paperwork, and said I would get my father to do the sample immediately and bring it back. Very poor reception can be quite rude. If you are lucky enough to get past them you might get an appointment Within in a week Very old fashion system about ringing up at 8 in the morning impossible most days
