Very poor at answering the phone 27 minutes and then cut off, and the new ask a gp service is only open for short periods of time which is not much help when all you want to do is book a blood test. Asked for a doctor to call using the new system and they confirmed I would get a call which I then had to chase up as it didn’t happen.
