Extremely poor customer service. Paid extra for next day delivery, item not received and customer service don’t reply
Online order infuriating. Confirmation received said To Anonymous and an address which was not mine, thanking me you for my order. Thinking a scam I immediately tried to cancel. Over 25 automated emails later, 2 telephone conversations and no refund.
Shocking company, ordered a few items however did not get a confirmation email however the money was taken from my account. I called up customer service who advised they would call me back twice which they did not then called again and said they would give me a gift card even though they had taken money and I had not received the items which I reluctantly agreed to however guess what I never received a gift card also told them I would like to make a complaint several times which they did not acknowledge.
