Worst customer service I have ever received. Went in to for a return and was told I can’t return the item (despite me being eligible for a refund) but was told I can return the items and get a gift receipt? Called customer service and they told management to issue the refund. Despite that they were still being argumentative and making accusations. They have no idea what they’re doing.
