Not happy at all to be honest. Brought 3 items. I asked the question.....this item is in a different box but the same price and contents as the other. .... Answer... Yes just different packaging. Great I said, we wanted the one that had not been used, so we had the one, untouched in the box. Got back and it wasn't working.... Why? Because the others (exactly the same just different packaging) had batteries..... Really?? But you said not same...... Basically... Oh well!!!! So really not the same at all and no apology. Fantastic service by staff and management
I came in on Friday around 4pm there was this old lady in the shop working there, she was very rude whenever I’d ask her a question I wouldn’t even get a response I’d be lucky to even get a nod from her. 0 on customer service she needs to be fired. She sold me battery’s for a product that I didn’t even need.
10/10 for one of the ladies working there today. She could see I was trying to hide a present from my daughter and she kept her entertained for me whilst paying. Thank you☺️
