The young lady serving today has an amazing sense of humor. I think we were pretty much the last customers of the day and she was still laughing and joking.
Very disappointing customer experience with a staff member called Liz today. I bought an item 4 days ago and went back in today to exchange it. Initially, I was in a discussion with a polite and helpful person called Sarah. I mentioned that the gift was still in the bag but not the receipt. I explained that when I was served, the girl said she had put it in the bag. We were abrubtly interupted from the other side of the counter by liz. Her demeanour was aggressive and dismissive.
