The shop itself is lovely and my experience was fine. Only reason it's three stars is due to being miss-sold batteries and due to the low quality of the toy for the price. I was told upon purchase that the toy "didn't come with batteries" and was offered two packs of double AA's for £5 which I accepted. Turns out the toy didn't come with batteries because the toy DIDN'T NEED batteries. I'm not saying the lady did this dilberatly but I was less than impressed. We visited Yate Entertainer my daughter who has been been looking for mini Lego cars one in particular the staff gave her the box of cars to scan and the chap who worked there got the ones out of the window and the penultimate one was the one she was trying to find. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Thanks
Can't test out skateboards or test the bounciness of the bouncy balls
Staff are always nice and friendly, especially the Manager, was very helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help. Really nice store to visit, would definitely recommend.
