I ordered an online order for click and collect prior to christmas. I reached out to customer service with the order number to cancel the order before it was despatched as it was being delievered to the store after christmas. They keep closing my ticket out at "you have not responded" when I have numberous times with the order number that needs to be cancelled. Poor customer service and a total rip off.
