Called today, would have like to purchase K-nex sets as advertised, for Christmas presents. no one seemed to know what I was talking about! One young assistant seemed to think I'd called in for Click and collect?? I explained what it was , but the staff said they dont sell it?? ......
Rude woman on the till Friday 20th November afternoon, because I didn’t want to buy any of the extra toys on the back shelf. If I don’t want to buy anything extra that I don’t need or want that’s up to me. I should not have comments made to me the whole time that I’m paying. Used to come here a lot. Twice actually this week alone. Will not be coming back.

Brilliant store, having visited several toy shops I found here to be the best-priced. Plenty of selection and friendly staff who are always happy to help.
It was a small shop, but it had a good selection. I got the toy I wanted for 60% off! My little twins wanted a set of wooden cars for their third birthday. They were really happy!
