Went to collect something from entertainer Dover still not ready ordered 3 days ago, told your have to wait for email to collect, what's the point of ordering online?
Fantastic shop for children with colouring in competitions.
A great selection of toys and friendly, helpful staff. Just a shame it is closed on Sunday's. The following is because I cannot reply to the owner's response to my comment... I'd just like to add, your reply is superb, Sunday's should be a family day and if I'm honest I'd happily go back to the 80's when everything was shut on a Sunday. Well done for being different. I only said it's a shame because that's the day we all go out and our children often ask to go to your store.
Disappointing. We’ve been shopping here for a few years but won’t be any longer. My kid bought a cheap hair product here that didn’t work. Took it back to the shop for a refund and was made to feel like I was lying. Without saying anything to me the female behind the counter took the product out and tried it on her hair. It worked, barely, but still resembled nothing like the image on the packaging. Neil then told me there was nothing he could do.
