Terrible
I don’t normally write reviews, but after visiting The Entertainer I feel like I have to. I went in with my kids and the manager was actually swearing loud enough for my children to hear. Then when I asked about Labubu she spoke to me like absolute crap, like I was the problem for even asking. The service was quick but so dismissive, like they just wanted me gone. Honestly shocking behaviour for a store that’s meant to be for families.
Nice excellent shop but close sundays right in front of the winter land themed during end of November and December you think they would be open ready for Christmas as I went Sunday in December just trying to get presents for my nieces and nephews but shut so I had to go back during the week bit frustrating as I dont live In milton Keynes also I went to hamleys London looking aswell big and bit pricey but yours was reasonable and and more choice on Godzilla
Got some toys for the children ❤️
