I ordered 3 lots of e-gift cards before Xmas as gifts. I phoned on Xmas Eve as I had had confirmation that they were being despatched I’ve still did not receive them. I phoned on 27 December not very helpful at all assistant telling me they were on the way and they would refer my complaint on. Still no contact or the e-gift cards. Extremely disappointing service from The Entertainer I would not recommend at all☹️

Plenty to choose from with regards to the toy range. Friendly staff and prices aren’t too bad either.
