My wife and son went into here over the weekend to be met with what can only be described as the worst customer care ever. My son had set his heart on a sea bear that he had saved his pocket for weeks and went to buy it but the last one they had left was dirty. The attitude from the two young ladies that served them was very poor when asked if they could check their stock out the back that was an issue. The girl who served me was unbelievably rude, I was with my 2 children and it felt like I was being rushed around the store, the customer service that I had to deal with whilst being served was disgusting! This needs to be sorted or she needs to be properly trained to do her job, I will NOT be coming back because of her
