Im extremely disappointed today from this,store! Although iam a regular customer! Bad service from the "manager " Jerry! Refused to return doll house that I was shocked it was not worth£ 48 as it was all stickers ! He is,so unprofessional of how he was dealing with me ! His reason was I cant refund an open toy !!!!! It was a gift !!!! Its a toy shop of course im going to open the toy!!!!! And I contacted the customer service with the same attitude lake of experience and professionalism! What a shame !!! Walking through silverburn and spies this place ,alot chat and laughs in what to buy. The Front window is interesting and always something at the door to bring the customers in. Well thought out .
Horrible service! I approached the cash desk to pay for my goods and as the transaction was being processed the young boy with the bad acne continued a discussion with his colleague about how annoying it was having to serve so many people that day. He then gave me the bag while looking away - zero acknowledgement at any point. This boy is a disgrace to your store!
