I just wanted to say thank you so much to Clement , the store manager. We were there for a Beyblade competition and he was extremely helpful and he made sure my kids had an amazing experience! Thank you Clement
I had an appalling experience at this store thanks to an unbelievably rude manager. A substantial lady with tattoos, who I later found out was the manager, treated me and my daughter with an unacceptable level of disrespect. Her behaviour was shockingly inappropriate for a store catering to children and families. I cannot fathom how someone with such poor customer service skills could be allowed to manage a children's store.
