Came in with my 3 year old daughter recently on her birthday. She wanted to pay herself and the young girl at the till was very helpful and showed my daughter the steps to climb at the till to be able to pay on her own. Very cute thing to have to make the kids feel special
Never open on a bloody Sunday
My partner came here to collect a click and collect parcel the staff were very helpful and friendly and got our parcel quickly. Very easy service to use and we would use again. We have browsed entertainer stores a few times now ready for ideas for Christmas, they have lots to offer for all ages and genders.
Top selling toy by numbers is, Lego. So went here to buy some Lego and was told this by the employee. "We sell it but we don't have any at the moment". This was after I could not find any. Poor excuse for a toy shop and we also have to suffer them in Tesco stores now with a load of cheap and nasty toys and again, NO LEGO!.
I had a very disappointing experience at entertainer in Camberley on 19 February 2025 around 5 PM. A staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards my family. When my children accidentally dropped some food (small piece of bread), instead of addressing it politely, she loudly remarked, "Oh, somebody dropped their food on the floor," in a condescending tone. Later, when a Squishmallow was found on the floor, she harshly said, "Come on, put this back in its place, now this goes in the bin now," while continuously ... read more
