Do not order online! I placed an order on the 27th November, 2 weeks later I had still not received my parcel so phoned customer service to be told that the items were now out of stock and they will issue a refund. By this point all of the items ordered were out of stock everywhere so lots of Christmas presents we could no longer buy.
