I’ve shopped at this toy store several times, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff are often rude and unprofessional. During my most recent visit, one employee was swearing loudly in front of children, and another started switching off the lights well before closing time while we were still trying to check out. Owners must be thick to shut on a sunday. Its like they dont want to make money. Honestly i dont go here anymore as twice i have turned up sunday only to find it closed as like alot of people living in woking i commute to london during the week and Saturday im busy carting my kids around to their activities. Oh well its a shame but good luck to them.
8th November 2024, around 4:45 pm or 5 pm mistakenly somehow my coffee fallen down on the floor. But very little amount of coffee was there and then I let them know about my mistake. Then one of the lady gave me tissue roll and told me to clean. I have no idea how she can talk to me like that and told me to do it? Was that called good customer service? Anyways that was not expected from any kinds of retail shop. And I hope she will not do these kinds of things to any other customers.
